Sony previewed sequel "Spider-Man 2" at Comic-Con on Friday, and TheWrap's Editor-In-Chief Sharon Waxman was in Hall H to witness Andrew Garfield — both in costume and in character — introduce the first-look footage.
Fans went nuts for the preview — but with a cheerleader as game and infectious as Garfield, that's little surprise.

Garfield also made a gracious answer to a fan who asked about his comment that it would be cool if Spider-Man were gay.
