Third Actor Injured on Broadway’s ‘Spider-Man’

More bad publicity for the $65 million musical

A third actor from the budget-busting "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" was injured this week.

Natalie Mendoza, who plays Arachne, was hit on the head by a rope at the first preview Sunday night.

The actress was diagnosed with a concussion and will be out of the show at least a week.

This is the third accident on the show which makes its Broadway debut on Jan. 11. Kevin Aubin, an aerialist, broke both his wrists last month. In a separate incident while rehearsing the show, another actor broke his foot.
