TLC’s new comedy series #WhatSheSaid is giving women a chance to share their frustrations in gut-busting style.
“I’m worried that my five-year-old is gonna be a big a–hole,” comediennes Stephanie Blum said in an exclusive clip obtained by TheWrap. “She’s a tattle-tale and she’s gonna get her ass kicked constantly.”
The show features some of the country’s funniest comics venting and talking openly about being a woman. Social media, timesaving tips and no-nonsense attitudes come together for a real conversation — and lots of laughter — about the chaos of womanhood.
“My four-year-old could totally become the dictator of a small Asian country one day,” Michelle Villemaire quipped. “She doesn’t ask for things. She makes demands. ‘I need water. I need treats. I need to wear a sweater. I need to invade the Philippines.’”
In this series, nothing is off limits. It’s a survival guide to parenthood, marriage, sex, life hacks and running a modern household. Additional episodes of the show will premiere later this year.
TLC will offer a sneak peek of the new series May 10 at 11 p.m.
