TNT’s ‘Dallas’ Revamp: Sex, Guns and Intergenerational Conflict (Video)

Despite the new faces, some things never change at Southfork

Things are about to heat up at Southfork again.

TNT's re-imagining of the primetime soap opera "Dallas" won't launch until next summer, but with anticipation and curiosity already building for the series, a first-look preview has been released.

The more things change, it seems, the more they stay the same. Though the revamp puts series veterans Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray with newcomers Jordana Brewster, and Jesse Metcalfe, the basic elements that made the original series such a success appear to remain untouched.

That's right; you can expect plenty of steamy hookups, scheming, gun-pointing and family squabbles. (Hey, why mess with the classics?)
