Tony Parker is looking for a $20 million payday from the brawl between Chris Brown and members of singer Drake's entourage at a New York nightclub last week.
The NBA star filed a lawsuit against W.i.P., the club where the melee occurred, saying that he sustained injuries during the fracas, which he blames on negligence on the club's part.

In the complaint, filed in New York Superior Court on Thursday, Parker â who was at the club on the night of the brawl "at a separate table" when the fight broke out â says that the club has "become a nuisance and a public nuisance, which is known to all of the defendants," and that there is a history of violent incidents occurring at the venue.
As a result of the fight, Parker says, he received a "corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries" which left him "unable to attend to his usual duties and vocations." Parker also claims to have "incurred various expenses and other special damages."
The suit says that the club should have known better than to let Drake and Chris Brown into the club at the same time, since they both have been romantically linked to singer Rihanna and "there was known bad blood between Drake and Brown." Parker also claims in the complaint that the club was reckless and negligent in not providing proper security and in numerous other ways.

"The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two; in failing to adequately secure the premises; in failing to have sufficient and efficient security; in failing to contact the police in a timely manner; in seeking to cover up what occurred; in creating a trap, hazard and a nuisance; in failing to properly monitor activity at the club; in violating the applicable laws, rules and regulations; and defendants were otherwise reckless, careless and negligent," the suit reads.
Parker, 30, is seeking damages "in an amount not to exceed Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000)."
Several people were injured during the brawl, including Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard.
