Apparently, when it comes to Donald Trump, you can take the boy out of reality TV, but you can’t take reality TV out of the boy. At least that’s what Andy Cohen seems to think.

After President Trump’s latest Twitter missive on Monday, “Real Housewives” executive producer Andy Cohen weighed in to opine that the chief executive and former “Apprentice” host was taking his cue from the Bravo franchise.

“HOUSEWIVES PLAYBOOK: keep repeating the same lines over and over and over til someone listens (See: Aviva, bookgate; Kim D, strippergate),” Cohen wrote.

The “Watch What Happens Live” host was reacting to a tweet in which Trump declared, “Drain the Swamp should be changed to Drain the Sewer – it’s actually much worse than anyone ever thought, and it begins with the Fake News!”

For those lucky enough to have avoided Trump’s rhetoric, “fake news” has been a favorite rallying cry of his in response to media reports about, well, just about anything that puts him in a negative light.

In a multi-part Twitter missive Monday, Trump also took aim at Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer and his former rival in the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton.

“After 1 year of investigation with Zero evidence being found, Chuck Schumer just stated that “Democrats should blame ourselves, not Russia,” Trump wrote, later adding, “So why aren’t the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking into Crooked Hillarys crimes & Russia relations?”
