Unlike Mila Kunis, 89-year-old actress refuses blind overture from military serviceman
Add one more item to the list of ways in which Betty White and Mila Kunis are very, very different women.
While Kunis has emphatically stated that she will attend the Marine Corps Ball in November with Sgt. Scott Moore, who invited Kunis via a YouTube video, "Hot in Cleveland" actress White has declined a similar request from Marine Sgt. Ray Lewis, who also pitched woo to White over the Internet.
Lewis, a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq, made his play for the 89-year-old "Golden Globes" alum, noting that he'd show White "a good time" were she to attend the soiree with him.
"I think I can make her laugh," Lewis continued. "I think she can make me laugh. I think we can laugh together … So, call me!"

Sadly for Lewis, White has been forced to decline due to professional obligations.
"I am deeply flattered and truly appreciate the invitation. As everyone knows, I love a man in uniform," White said in a statement provided to TheWrap. "But unfortunately, I cannot accept, as I will be taping an episode of 'Hot In Cleveland.' Love, Betty White.”
After a bout of erroneous media speculation, Mila Kunis made it adamantly clear that she'll be attending the ball with Moore, who's currently stationed in Afghanistan. Though the ball is scheduled to take place on Nov. 18 in Greenville, N.C., when Kunis will be filming, she noted at a recent press conference that she's been given permission from producers to fly out for the night.
Kunis' "Friends With Benefits" castmate Justin Timberlake has also accepted an invitation to the ball, from a Marine stationed in Virginia.
