Police have determined that white powder sent to "Dancing With the Stars" production office was not anthrax.

Helicopters were hovering above CBS Television City in Hollywood Wednesday afternoon, as a hazmat team investigated reports of a suspicious package.

Mailroom activity was suspended for a few hours while police investigated, but no business operations or show productions were disrupted.

Last month, production on Craig Ferguson's "Late, Late Show,"  which is also filmed at Television City, was disrupted after a package containing white powder was discovered. It turned out to be a sham.

Shows that are filmed there include "The X Factor" and "Real Time With Bill Maher."

News of the police investigation first appeared on TMZ.
