Charlie Sheen is expected in an Aspen, Colo., court today to find out what charges he'll face in connection with an alleged Christmas Day domestic incident involving his wife, Brooke Mueller.
Arnold Mordkin, the chief deputy district attorney in Pitkin County, Colo., told ABCNews.com that the charges will be formally announced in court during today's arraignment at 2:15 p.m., but he declined on Friday to say what they were.
Sheen's attorney had no comment.
Sheen, 44, was arrested on Christmas Day for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief after Mueller, 32, called 911 and tearfully choked, "My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me."
