Ambitious global entertainment giant Endemol has snapped up U.K. shingles Tiger Aspect, Tigress and Darlow Smithson.
Endemol is thought to have paid in the region of $50 million to IMG Media, which put the companies up for sale in October.
The deal guarantees Endemol U.K.'s status as the largest super-indie in Blighty.
