Justin Bieber Paternity Suit Dropped (Report)

Woman's attorneys withdraw from the case

The woman who accused Justin Bieber of impregnating her after one of his concerts has quietly dropped the paternity suit, TMZ reports.

Attorneys for Mariah Yeater, a fan of the "Baby" singer, have also withdrawn from the case, the site said.

The decision came after Bieber's attorney, Howard Weitzman, called Yeater's lawyers to say Bieber planned to sue them and Yeater for making a false claim, TMZ said.

Bieber said he had never met Yeater and would take a DNA test to prove he wasn't the father.
