On the 25th season premiere of her talk show Monday, Oprah Winfrey surprised her studio audience with an eight-day all-expenses trip to Australia.
Aviator-actor John Travolta joined Winfrey on stage as a model Qantas Airways airplane appeared.
"I started to think about where would I most want to go. Maybe I should take all of you with me to the other side of the world ... We're going to Australia! We are going to Australia! You and you and you and you, are going to Australia!" she said.
Winfrey will tape her show at the Sydney Opera House in December, transforming it into the "Oprah House."
Winfrey in the past has given away new cars, scholarships, money for homes and more.
Monday's episode began Winfrey's final season of her daytime talk show. OWN, her cable television network, is set to debut in January.
