Fresh off the cancellation of "$h*! My Dad Says," William Shatner will head to a bona fide hit show -- USA Network's "Psych."
In an episode to air sometime during the series' upcoming sixth season, Shatner will play Frank, the con-man father of Maggie Lawson's character Detective Juliet O'Hara.

The guest role has Shat's charmer choosing between reconciling with his daughter or pulling off his dream con job.
"Psych" returns to USA's schedule in the fall.
