Sunday night's 2011 NBA All-Star Game was nothing but net -- at least as far as ratings were concerned.

TNT's broadcast of the face-off between basketball giants drew its biggest ratings since 2003, when NBA legend Michael Jordan made his last All-Star appearance.

The broadcast, which had 9.1 million total viewers, was up by nearly a third compared to last year's game (which drew 6.8 million viewers). It had a 5.2 household rating and posted significant gains in the 18-49 demo (with 5.2 million vs. 3.8 million for 2010's All-Star Game).

This year's match-up, which was held at Los Angeles' Staples Center and saw the Western conference eke out a 148-143 victory, featured a star-studded halftime show with performances by Rihanna, Lenny Kravitz, Drake and Kanye West.
