Conan O'Brien's week 5 ratings were the lowest of any week since his show's debut.

"Conan" averaged 1,386,000 viewers overall, shedding more than half the audience -- many of them just curiousity-seekers -- who made up its debut-week average of 2,929,000 viewers. Its overall viewership has declined every week since the show debuted Nov. 8.

O'Brien was also down in the key demos of 18-34 and 18-49 in week 5, after an uptick in the demos in week 4.

O'Brien still holds the bragging rights to the youngest audience in late night. Both "Conan" and its TBS follow-up, "Lopez Tonight," had a median audience age of 33 in week 5.

Among adults 18-34, O'Brien averaged 633,000 viewers, down from 722,000 the week before. He averaged 1,038,000 adults 18-49, down from 1.13 million.
