Discovery filed a lawsuit in Maryland Circuit Court against "Deadliest Catch" stars Johnathan and Andy Hillstrand that charged the two fishermen with failing to complete a spinoff project.
According to Eriq Gardner of The Hollywood Reporter, Discovery said the Hillstrands agreed to make a onetime special and then sent the network an e-mail from a lawyer that asked Discovery to cease contact with them. Discovery is suing the Hillstrands for breach of contract.
