Fox's good-natured buddy-cop show "The Good Guys," won't be back for a second season, a rep for Fox TV Studios tells TheWrap.

The Texas-based series, which debuted in the summer, paired Colin Hanks as a crackerjack young cop and Bradley Whitford as his burned-out partner. It was led by Matt Nix, creator of USA's "Burn Notice."

The show struggled, ratings-wise, until its move to the Friday night no-viewers'-land.

All of its episodes have aired. The network declined to comment, but referred a query about the show to the rep for Fox TV Studios.
