Lifetime has a new recession reality series, "The Fairy Jobmother." The show features "international career specialist" Hayley Taylor assisting "job-challenged" families with workplace advice.
"The Fairy Jobmother" is based on a British format and produced by Studio Lambert.
Taylor was a stay-at-home mom who found a niche for herself telling other people how to get jobs. Her abilities took her from volunteering at a job training center to hosting her own reality show.
"The Fairy Jobmother" premieres with a special sneak preview fate the "Project Runway" finale Oct. 28. Regular episodes start Nov. 4.
