Mary Murphy will be back to help a very busy Simon Lythgoe with his "So You Think You Can Dance" duties.

Murphy will return as a judge alongside Lythgoe when the show begins auditions Feb. 2 in Salt Lake City, Fox announced Tuesday. The network also announced a second season for "Raising Hope" and that Jamie Foxx's as-yet-untitled half-hour sketch show will debut with a preview after "American Idol" on March 31.

The timing plays on Foxx's past experience as an "Idol" guest. The show's actual premiere will be June 9.

Lythgoe is returning to "Idol" as an executive producer this season after leaving in 2008 to focus on "So You Think You Can Dance," which he co-created and executive produces.

"I am delighted to have Mary back on the show," he said in a statement Tuesday. "Her expertise in dance, coupled with her warmth, compassion and humor, make her an excellent judge and fun to work with."
