Mixing and matching reality-series concepts, E! is set to launch "Bridalplasty," which will feature a dozen brides-to-be competing for a massive plastic-surgery makeover.

Produced by Cris Abrego's 51 Minds ("Flavor of Love"), "Bridalplasty" will be hosted by former Miss USA and ubiquitous reality-show presence Shanna Moakler.

Wearing a white lab coat, meanwhile, will be Dr. Terry Dubrow, who was the featured plastic surgeon on Fox's "The Swan," a similarly transformation-themed reality show that was actually controversial when it premiered in 2004.

After writing their wish list for personal physical corrections -- everything from "muffin tops to crooked noses to flat chests," according to an E! press release -- the brides-to-be will compete for services in challenges ranging from writing the best wedding vows to planning the coolest honeymoon.

The show will debut Sunday Nov. 28 at 9 p.m. on Comcast-owned E!. The cable channel has ordered 10 episodes.
