Oprah’s just-launched OWN network has snagged Suze Orman.

Orman will host “Money Class,” a new series set to debut this fall in primetime.

The show will attempt to “address and move beyond both the circumstantial and personal decisions that have created difficult financial situations for so many people around the country, by going into their lives to help them transform.”

Orman will go home-by-home “into the lives of families, couples and individuals around the country, sets attainable goals and tasks them with specific challenges to impart the ability to make responsible and well-informed decisions.”

Lisa Erspamer, chief creative officer of OWN, called Orman “the rock star of personal finance.”

“Her straight-forward advice will help people that are in need of a financial wake-up call,” Erspamer said.

Orman is currently featured on “Ask Oprah’s All Stars” and will be a guest judge on the third episode of “Your OWN Show: Oprah’s Search for the Next TV Star,” airing later this month.
