"America's Got Talent" was Wednesday night's top show, but Fox won primetime with a two hour episode of Gordon Ramsay's cooking competition "Masterchef."

STILL COOKIN' Fox averaged a 2.4/7 in the key adults 18-49 demographic fro 8-10 p.m. behind a two hour episode of "Masterchef." The show has been doing well all summer, but its performance this week was its highest-rated and most-watched Wednesday telecast of the season.

MIXED BAG CW averaged 1.3/4, putting it ahead of last place ABC, but news wasn't all good for the youth-focused network. The season 15 premiere of "America's Next Top Model" was the show's lowest rated premiere ever with a 1.3/4, down 13 percent from the season 14 debut. The series premiere of the college cheerleading show "Hellcats" posted a 1.2/3, up 100 percent from the fall '09 premiere of "Beautiful Life," but down 8 percent from the debut of "Melrose Place" and 43 percent from the first episode of "The Vampire Diaries" last September. Recently, CW's main challenge has been finding an appropriate follow-up for "Top Model" -- but with the way the show is declining they may need to start worrying more about choosing a replacement.

SILVER MEDAL "America's Got Talent" posted a 2.7/8 from 9-10 p.m. Overall, NBC landed in second place with a 2.1/6 average from 8-11 p.m. behind "Talent," "Minute to Win It" and a repeat of "Law & Order: SVU."

BRO-DACIOUS "Big Brother" scored a 2.6/8 for CBS from 8-9 p.m.. It was followed up by reruns of "Criminal Minds" and "CSI: NY." All three shows combined for a 1.8/5 average and a third place finish for CBS.

NUMERO UNO Univision got the number four spot with a 1.7/5 average. Univision has been scoring all summer with the novelas "Hasta El Dinero Nos Separe" and "Soy Tu Duena." For last week, the Spanish-language channel was the number one network in the key 18-49 demographic for the first time in its history.
