The production company behind "Real Housewives of Orange County" and a producer from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" are looking to launch a new docusoap focusing on drama-loving.... dudes.

Evolution Media has teamed with "Atlanta" producer Princess Banton- Lofters to develop "Boys Club: ATL," a docusoap that will focus on "a number of interconnected socially elite men, following their triumphs and struggles in their business and personal lives."

Casting on the project is already underway, with Banton-Lofters -- who helped cast "Real Housewives of Atlanta"-- overseeing the search for eligible guys. The project will be shopped to networks.

“We’d obviously admired from afar what Princess did with 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' and when she approached us with this idea, it was a slam dunk," said Douglas Ross, president and founder of Evolution.  “Men’s lives are as dramatic and interesting as their female counterparts.’”

Evolution has produced more than 40 series since its 1987 launch, including the first seasons of "Big Brother" and "Fear Factor," as well as VH1's "Bands Reunited" and ABC Family's "Switched!"

The Burbank-based company is repped by WME.
