Rick Perry isn't going to live this one down for a long time: Sarah Silverman and several of her comedian cohorts are planning a live stand-up special -- "Live From N-----head: Stripping The Paint Off Of Good Ol' Fashioned Racism" -- to raise funds for the NAACP.

The show, scheduled for Nov. 1 at the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas, will include performances by Silverman and a line-up that so far includes Tig Notaro, Ian Edwards, Jamie Kilstein, Suli McCullough, Dwayne Kennedy and W Kamau Bell.

The title of the show refers, of course, to the family hunting camp owned by Texas governor and presidential candidate Rick Perry. The name of the camp -- which was painted on a rock at the entrance for many years -- sparked a media storm for Perry earlier this month, but Silverman thinks the furor died down too quickly.

“This is a never forget moment," she says. "The show's provocative name holds a mirror up to an ugliness that seems to have become yesterday's news without having barely even made news."

Suli McCullough adds, "As a comedian I have no choice but to protest with my punch lines!"

Tickets are on sale now for the Paramount Theatre show. Proceeds from the one-night-only event will be donated to the NAACP in support of civil rights.

Silverman, who will star in a new sitcom for NBC next season, will also guest star on "Bored to Death" and "The League" in November.
