Showtime announced Thursday that it's restructuring its marketing and creative services department, promoting Frank Pinauro and Don Buckley to the unit's top executive positions.

The move comes amid speculation that marketing chief Len Fogge is about to re-join former Showtime entertainment president Bob Greenblatt at NBC. Late last month, Showtime PR head Richard Licata left the pay cable channel to re-join former entertainment chief Bob Greenblatt at NBC.
