Paul McCartney is making the most of his week in New York: Besides performing with the surviving members of Nirvana for Wednesday's Concert for Sandy Relief, he's performing on "Saturday Night Live" -- and recorded some dryly funny promos with host Martin Short.
Short and McCartney keep it simple, but neither has to do much to keep us amused. We'll just have to wait until Saturday to see if McCartney gives Ed Grimley a triangle solo for Christmas.
