Spike TV promoted Tim Duffy to senior vice president of original programming on Wednesday, the MTV-owned cable channel announced.
Duffy, who had been vice president, will continue to report to EVP Sharon Levy.
Duffy, who has been developing Spike’s original programming -- including "Deadliest Warrior," “1000 Ways To Die” and "Auction Hunters" -- is currently at work on a new slate of originals aimed at broadening Spike’s dude-centric audience.
