Keith Olbermann is doing the rounds on late-night talk shows to promote the June 20 debut of "Countdown" on Current TV, and that put his liberal heinie squarely in the hot seat on "The Colbert Report" Wednesday night.
Stephen Colbert, who declined to wear pants to the interview (as part of an earlier gag), quizzed the divisive political pundit's abrupt departure from MSNBC in January.
"Now, sir, has it been painful in these last 145 days to live with the knowledge that Bill O'Reilly won," jabbed Colbert. "He jacked you so hard, you landed on Current TV."
Olbermann gave little in the way of a reply other than a belly laugh.
