CBS said Wednesday its talk show "The Talk" will debut Oct. 18.
"The Talk," co-hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini and Marissa Jaret Winokur will be a topical show on current issues and motherhood.
It will air in the time slot of soap "As the World Turns" which is ending its 54-year run next month.
Last week, Brad Bessey was named executive producer of the series, joining from "Entertainment Tonight."
