"True Blood" is returning Sunday at 9 p.m. ET, and picks up where season three left off -- with Sookie in faerie land and the little town of Bon Temps ready to face a new threat (this year's problem: witches, led by "Harry Potter" actress Fiona Shaw's possessed character).

Sounds like a great June 26 debut episode to us -- but what will the next few episodes be like?

HBO isn't saying much, but hungry viewers will be pleased to learn that the network has released synopses for the second through sixth episodes of season four, all airing in July.

The premium network announced earlier Tuesday that fans with access to the HBO GO streaming service for the iPad or other mobile devices will be able to catch the second episode immediately following Sunday's season-four premiere.
