William Baldwin Joins NBC's 'Parenthood'

William BaldwinWilliam Baldwin is joining the cast of the NBC drama "Parenthood," playing Gordon Flint, the boss of Peter Krause's character, Adam.

Baldwin will have a multiple-episode arc when the show returns for its second season on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 10 p.m.

Baldwin's character is described as a dedicated bachelor who sets his sights on Adam's sister, Sarah, played by Lauren Graham.

Baldwin previously starred in the ABC drama "Dirty Sexy Money" and had a recurring role on last season's CW drama "Gossip Girl."

His movie credits include "Backdraft," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "Flatliners," "Internal Affairs," "Three of Hearts" and "Primary Suspect."
