From his first appearances in "Platoon" and Wall Street" in the 1980s, Charlie Sheen has never hid his love of a good time

Of course, it can all go wrong - & it has gone wrong several times for Charlie, who has had a number of run-ins with the law & rehab over the years. In Aspen in Christmas 2009 police were call when Charlie and wife Brooke Mueller, with rumors of death threats, knives and drugs, got into a "domestic violence incident" that saw the actor in and out of court for months.
Putting himself into rehab in Feb. 2009, Charlie, who resigned with "Two and A Half Men" for a reported $1.8 million an episode in the spring, started showing a very different image than his usual rogue ... for better or worse.

It started out as a sweet family visit to NYC for Charlie, ex-wife Denise Richards & their daughters in late Oct. 2010
It ended, as this TMZ pic shows, with porn star Capri Anderson & a binge that saw Sheen trashing his hotel suite, while Denise & the girls slept down the hall, the rented-for-the-night porn star hiding in the bathroom & cops called. The official word was that Sheen was having a bad reaction to medication & after a few hours in the hospital, Charlie was on a private jet back to LA with no legal consequences.
By the end of 2010, Sheen had filed for divorce from Brooke Mueller & sued Capri Anderson for extortion ... Happy Holidays!
And, as this visit to the Playboy Mansion in late 2010 shows, Sheen intended to have a very happy Holidays indeed.
Even in big screen cameos, like the recent "Wall Street" sequel, Charlie seamlessly portrays the rogue, with ladies & vice never far away.
Despite Sheen's sins, including a recent rumored weekend booze & more porn stars binge in Vegas, the continued ratings success of "Two and a Half Men" makes Charlie almost invulnerable ... for now.
Since he first burst on the screen back in the 1980s, Charlie Sheen has been as well known to America for his personal indulgences as he has for his performances.
