A video published by the Daily Mail and taken by Twitter user @ceylinyildirim shows a shooter opening fire outside of a McDonald’s in Munich, Germany, on Friday.
A search is currently underway for the shooter or shooters responsible for killing at least eight people and wounding several more at the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum shopping mall in Munich, AP reported. A ninth body is being investigated to determine if he was an attacker.
A Munich police spokesperson confirmed to German news agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur that shots were first fired across from the shopping mall outside of a McDonald’s, which can be seen in the video, at 5:52 p.m. local time.
