Departing Warner Bros. TV executive Dan Limerick is jumping to WME, TheWrap has learned.

In his new position, Limerick will serve as head of TV business affairs at WME. He will run business affairs for WME’s television department — handling scripted, non-scripted, broadcasting and digital deals.

Catherine Sugar, who previously held the position, will segue to a new role as Head of Business Affairs, WME Global TV.

Working with the WME international TV group, Sugar will focus on packaging series like their recent success with “The Night Manager” (AMC), “The Young Pope” (HBO) and the new Amazon series from “Top Gear” star, Jeremy Clarkson. She is a 17 year veteran of WME.

The news comes hours after Limerick announced his departure from Warner Bros. TV on Monday.

At WBTV, he served as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs, a position he shared with Adam Glick from 2008 until 2012, and has held solo since. Glick has reassumed the role following Limerick’s departure.
