Will Smith Lists Top 10 Things He’ll Miss When David Letterman Retires, Raps ‘Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It’ (Video)

“Number 9: Me having to remind you every time, ‘Hey man, I’m not Jamie Foxx,'” Smith joked

Will Smith kicked off his “Late Show with David Letterman” appearance on Wednesday night by performing his 1997 hit single “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It,” and trading fist bumps with the veteran host.

When Letterman noted his personal inability to bust a rhyme like Smith, the “Focus” star insisted, “There’s a negro inside of you!”

“That’s the best news I heard in years,” Letterman said. “I gotta run home and surprise the wife.”

That wasn’t the only compliment Smith gave the soon-to-be-retired CBS late-night host. Later on the in interview, the actor read of his list of “top 10 things I’m going to miss about Dave.”

“Number 10: Our electric sexual chemistry,” Smith said. “Number 9: Me having to remind you every time, ‘Hey man, I’m not Jamie Foxx.’”
