New CEO Marissa Mayer continues executive shifts by ousting the longtime HR official

David Windley, Yahoo's human resources head, has agreed to leave Yahoo amid a series of executive shakeups begun by newly minted CEO Marissa Mayer.

HR executive Kristen Robinson is taking over on an interim basis, according to a report by AllThingsD's Kara Swisher.

Windley oversaw a series of layoffs at Yahoo and a number of executive changes. Swisher said his tenure was marked by a "brain drain" at the company.
