Zack Snyder Spots a Stormtrooper on the Set of ‘Batman v. Superman’ and Has Him Arrested (Photo)

Superhero film director trades “Star Wars” and “Batman” mashup photos with J.J. Abrams

With “Star Wars: Episode VII” coming out in 2015 and “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” being released in 2016, the two films will not get a chance to go head-to-head at the box office.

But that’s not stopping the films’ directors from battling each other in a photo mashup contest.

The latest came from Zac Snyder, who tweeted out a picture of two Gotham City police officers pushing a Stormtrooper into a cop car with the Batmobile also in the frame.

“Case closed,” is how Snyder captioned the photo.

Last month, Abrams sent out an image of a caped C-3PO crouched on the limb of a skyscraper in this tweet:

The back and forth all started when Snyder sent out a pic of “Superman” star Henry Cavill dressed as a Jedi and wielding a glowing lightsaber:

 

We hope the next Photoshop masterpiece will be of Ben Affleck with Princess Leia buns.
