Director Zack Snyder Reveals ‘Real Picture’ of Batmobile (Photo)

Director of upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” film tweets sweet image of Batman’s ride

Pictures were revealed early Wednesday via Instagram purporting to be of the Batmobile used in Zack Snyder’s forthcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” film. That night, Snyder took to Twitter to present what he called the “real picture” of Batman’s ride.

The image is just the latest in a slew of character images that have each gotten a strong reaction from fans of the highly anticipated film. And while it’s not a character costume, there is no vehicle more iconic in superhero lore than the Batmobile, with each iteration over the years scrutinized and analyzed.

This latest looks like a military vehicle with plenty of room for the Dark Knight’s signature gadgets and tricks. Look for Ben Affleck‘s Batman to pull off some impressive stunts in this behemoth.

DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures are doing a fantastic job of keeping fan excitement at a fever pitch for a film that won’t see a theatrical release until March 25, 2016.

Affleck is joined in the film by Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons.
