20th Century Fox Television Promotes Jeffrey Glaser to EVP, Current Programming

Glaser has been responsible for series maintenance on shows including “Modern Family” and “Glee”

Jeffrey Glaser has been promoted to executive vice president of current programming at 20th Century Fox Television.

Glaser has served as the senior vice president of current programming for the studio since 2003, when the department was created with Glaser at the helm. He has overseen series maintenance of such shows as “Modern Family,” “Glee,” “New Girl” and “How I Met Your Mother.”

“Jeffrey has led our current programming team for many years, and has done a spectacular job keeping our shows creatively strong and vibrant, helping to earn them well-deserved renewals year after year,” said Jonathan Davis, 20th Century Fox Television’s newly named president of creative affairs — to whom Glaser now reports — said of the promotion. “He’s as hard working an executive as there is in this business, and our creators rely on him enormously, as do we. We couldn’t be happier to reward him with this promotion which recognizes both his significant contribution and the importance of his area to the overall success of the studio.”
