Jim Carrey is sending off retiring Speaker of the House Paul Ryan with a parting gift… and it’s not a gold watch.
In the actor-comedian’s latest artwork, Ryan is depicted in a sea of black as an aged man — bearing more resemblance to Lyndon Johnson than the young-ish Wisconsin congressman — with his eyes closed and his head bowed, as if in remorse.
“Good riddance, Paul Ryan. And good luck on the board of Oxycontin-Mortgage Fraud-Child Prisons Incorporated. You know, the masters you were actually serving while in office,” Carrey’s caption reads.

Carrey has taken aim at Ryan before. In February, Carrey scrawled the word “creep” across Ryan’s portrait, writing, “Tone deaf Paul Ryan brags that his tax bill is going to make low income voters an extra $1.50 a week! That’s almost enough for a box of Band-Aids.”
Ryan chose not to seek reelection to the House, ending his 20 years in office. One of his goals was to reduce the deficit, although during his speakership there was a massive increase in government spending.
