Ryan Seacrest joined several Hollywood stars in wearing bracelets supporting the #TimesUp movement to the Golden Globes Sunday, a year after he said he was “cleared” of sexual misconduct accusations.

In November 2017, Seacrest was accused by his former stylist, Suzie Hardy, of “grinding” against her while “clad only in his underwear,” as well as “groping her” and “slapping her buttock so hard that it left a large welt.” Hardy said she came forward after the #MeToo movement gained momentum following the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

Seacrest, in a statement to TheWrap last February, denied any wrongdoing.

“I don’t want to accuse anyone of not telling the truth but in this case, I have no choice but to again deny the claims against me, remind people that I was recused of any wrongdoing, and put the matter to rest,” Seacrest said in his statement.

E! News conducted an investigation after the network became aware of the accusations, and on Feb. 1, 2018, said that “insufficient evidence” was found to support the allegations.

During Sunday’s “E! Live From the Red Carpet: The 2019 Golden Globe Awards,” Seacrest pointed out he was wearing a rubber #TimesUp bracelet in support of the movement. Several viewers posted on Twitter their irritation that Seacrest had aligned himself with the movement, considering the accusations made against him.
