Mike (Tim Allen) and Vanessa Baxter (Nancy Travis) are not playing around on Friday’s “Last Man Standing” season finale — or at least they are trying not to.
In TheWrap’s exclusive sneak peek from the Fox comedy’s Season 7 closer, Mike and Vanessa decide it’s high time that Mandy (Molly McCook) and Kyle (Christoph Sanders) move out of the Baxter household and into an apartment. They mean it. They are gonna do this, “tough love” and all that.
Except, uh, Mandy and Kyle are apparently just fine where they are, thank you, and don’t really want the apartment. What?!? Nancy’s stern face and pointing were all for nothing?!?
Here’s the official description for Friday’s finale, aptly titled “A Moving Finale,” guest-starring Kaitlyn Dever: When Mandy and Kyle are hesitant to move out of the Baxter household and into their own place, Mike gives them some tough love. Meanwhile Ed and Chuck try to avoid contributing to Boyd’s theater fundraiser.
Along with Allen, Travis, McCook and Sanders, “Last Man Standing” stars Hector Elizondo as Ed Alzate, Amanda Fuller as Kristin Baxter, Jordan Masterson as Ryan Vogelson, Jonathan Adams as Chuck Larabee, Jet Jurgensmeyer as Boyd Baxter and Krista Marie Yu as Jen.
