When Andrea’s sister Amy ( Emma Bell) died in season 1, it proved that no one was safe.The death of Jim (Andrew Rothenberg) in season 1 showed the characters how to treat a bitten person for the first time.

Sophia (Madison Lintz) was beloved by all, but Rick did not hesitate when it came time to pull the trigger when she became a walker.

Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn) was the moral compass of the group, but died in the midst of the discussion around executing their prisoner, Randall.

Shane (Jon Bernthal) was ready to kill Rick, but Rick acted first, proving himself to be a fearless leader.T-Dog (IronE Singleton) gave his life to save Carol from walkers when the group tried to take the prison.

Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) died during childbirth, prompting Carl to shoot her in the head to prevent her reanimation.

Merle (Michael Rooker) proved he was a good man by giving his life in an attempt to stop The Governor. Andrea (Laurie Holden) failed to see The Governor for what he was and paid the ultimate price.

14. Gregory (Alive) of the Hilltop Colony. Gregory no longer is in charge, thankfully — he was maybe not the kind of leader anyone ever needed.

13. Deanna (Deceased) of Alexandria. Deanna helped keep Alexandria together early on. She was a great judge of character, but did not recognize the walker threat for what it was. She died after the walls of Alexandria fell, leaving the community to Rick.

12. Dawn (Deceased) of Grady Memorial Hospital. Dawn took charge of the hospital when her predecessor failed to keep people safe, but her practice of requiring forced labor in exchange for meds earned her no friends, and eventually led to her death.

11. Natania (Deceased) of Oceanside. Emotionally scarred by their brutal defeat at the hands of the Saviors — after which Negan had every male above age 10 executed — Natania sort of fell apart, like so many characters do, because of the trauma.

10. Gareth (Deceased) of Terminus. Gareth and his fellow Terminus residents promised weary travelers sanctuary, only to kill and eat them cannibal style. He became obsessed with getting revenge on Rick, eventually leading to his death at Rick’s hands.

9. Hershel (Deceased) of The Farm. Hershel kept himself and his family safe on his farm during the early days of the outbreak, eventually offering shelter to Rick and his group. But Hershel believed that the walkers could be returned to human form, which proved a costly mistake.

Carrie Underwood - 16.3 million albums sold in the U.S.

Underwood is the only solo country music star to have a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and had 14 #1 hits on Billboard’s country charts. Her last album “Storyteller” came out in 2015, so by the next one, her lead may go up yet. 

Kelly Clarkson – 14.2 million albums sold in the U.S.

Don’t credit Clarkson with the head start just because she was the very first “Idol” winner. She’s had five albums go platinum in her career. Her latest album, “Meaning of Life,” arrived in October of 2017.

Chris Daughtry – 7.35 million albums sold in the U.S.

Recording along with his band Daughtry, the Season 5 contestant’s self-titled first album went quadruple platinum in 2006. Both that album and his follow-up “Leave This Town” hit #1 on Billboard’s album charts. The band’s fifth album is expected out this year.

Clay Aiken – 5 million albums sold in the U.S.

The Season 2 runner-up has released two platinum albums and one gold — and he ran for Congress in 2014.

Fantasia Barrino – 3.3 million albums sold in the U.S.

The Season 3 winner had her 2004 song “I Believe” hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and her last album came out in 2016.

Ruben Studdard – 2.6 million albums sold

The Season 2 winner’s debut album “Soulful” went platinum, followed by a gold album “I Need an Angel” in 2004.

Scotty McCreery – 2.1 million albums sold in the U.S.

1998: “Saturday Night Live” star Phil Hartman was shot and killed in his sleep in his Encino home by his wife, Brynn Omdahl, who then turned the gun on herself.

2003: Phil Spector, a music producer famed for his so-called Wall of Sound, was convicted in 2009 of the 2003 shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson in his own home.

2010: The celebrated publicist Ronni Chasen was killed in an apparent robbery while driving home from the premiere of the Cher movie “Burlesque.” The man who is believed by police to have killed her has since committed suicide.

2012: Nearly a year after his disappearance, former Fox executive Gavin Smith’s car was found at a Simi Valley storage facility that was connected to John Creech, and Smith’s remains were discovered in a shallow grave in the Angeles National Forest. Creech was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in July 2017 and sentenced to 11 years in prison.

Lahren caught plenty of flack when she criticized Beyonce’s performance at Super Bowl 50. “[Now,] even the Super Bowl halftime show has become a way to politicize and advance the notion that black lives matter more,” Lahren said.

After millions took to the street to protest the election of Donald Trump, Lahren said, “A bunch of sore losers occupying a space is called a tantrum.”

In this torturous scene, Myranda, Ramsay Bolton’s girlfriend, and a second woman, Violet, come to Theon in the torture chamber. He has just enough time to feel like a person again, and for the scene to get hot, before the horrible truth is revealed about Ramsay’s plans for Theon.

Melisandre & Gendry (and leeches): Season 3, Ep. 8
More sexy blood magic times with Melisandre, this time with her seducing the bastard son of Robert Baratheon, Gendry. After the act, she puts leeches on him — the King’s Blood they suck out of Gendry allows Melisandre to see the future. Creepy though that may be, it wasn’t a wholly bad deal for Gendry.

Oberyn & Ellaria: Season 4, Ep. 1
Oberyn and Ellaria not only had each other but several other women and men at the same time at Littlefinger’s brothel. The Dornish have fewer hangups than the rest of Westeros, that’s for sure.

O.J. Simpson

Orenthal James Simpson, known as O.J., was a Heisman Trophy winner and record-breaking professional football player. He was accused of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ronald Goldman in 1994. He was acquitted of all criminal charges in 1995. In 1997, a jury found him civilly liable for their deaths and issued a $33.5 million judgment against him.

In 2007, Simpson was arrested on armed robbery and kidnapping charges stemming from an incident in Las Vegas in which he and several other men accosted a sports-memorabilia dealer who Simpson claims stole several of his personal belongings. In 2008, Simpson was sentenced to 33 years in prison, with parole eligibility after nine years.

Johnnie Cochran

Johnnie Cochran Jr. worked for both the Los Angeles City Attorney and the Los Angeles County District Attorney before establishing the Johnnie L. Cochran Jr. Law Firm in the 1980s. He was well known for his work in civil rights and police brutality cases even prior to the events of the O.J. Simpson trial.

He went on to defend several other high-profile clients, including Sean “Diddy” Combs on weapons charges in 2001. Cochran retired after that case and died from a brain tumor in 2005.

Robert Kardashian

Robert Kardashian was a lawyer, businessman and friend of O.J. Simpson. He and Simpson became friends in the 1970s and went into business together, operating Juice Inc. Kardashian volunteered to be part of Simpson’s defense team and sat next to him throughout the trial.

Kardashian’s ex-wife Kris and their four children, including Kim, went on to find success as reality TV stars. He died of esophageal cancer in 2003.

Kris Kardashian

Kris Houghton married Robert Kardashian in 1978 and became close friends with Nicole-Brown Simpson and O.J. She and Kardashian had four children but divorced in 1991. She remained close with him throughout Simpson’s trial and up until his death in 2003.

Kris married Bruce Jenner in 1991, with whom she had two more children. Jenner came out as a transgender woman following their divorce in 2014.

Robert Shapiro

Robert Shapiro was a well-known defense attorney before he joined Simpson’s defense team. He successfully defended athletes like Darryl Strawberry, Jose Canseco and Vince Coleman. He was well known for settling cases before they ever went to trial.

Following the events of the Simpson case, Shapiro moved more into the civil litigation arena. He also went on to co-found LegalZoom.com and ShoeDazzle.com

Marcia Clark

Marcia Clark was a prosecutor for the District Attorney of Los Angeles County. Following the events of the Simpson case, she went on to publish a book about her experience during the trial with Teresa Carpenter called “Without a Doubt.”

Clark also appeared as a special correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight” and various other news outlets to offer her opinion on legal matters.

Christopher Darden

Christopher Darden was a prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, who was chosen to assist Clark during the O.J. Simpson trial, despite his relative lack of trial experience at the time.

Darden was criticized for what were seen as mistakes during the trial, including asking Simpson to try on the bloody glove found at the murder scene. After the trial, he left the DA’s office and took a teaching position. He is a published author and a television legal commentator.

Nicole Brown Simpson

Nicole Brown first met O.J. Simpson in 1977, while she was working as a waitress at a Los Angeles night club. Simpson was married at the time, but the two began dating, eventually marrying in 1985. They had two children, Sydney and Justin. O.J. Simpson pleaded no contest to spousal abuse charges in 1989, and the couple divorced in 1992.

Nicole Brown Simpson was brutally murdered along with her friend Ronald Goldman on June 12, 1994. O.J. was charged with her murder but was acquitted of all criminal charges in 1995.

Gil Garcetti

Gil Garcetti was a prosecutor for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office before being elected to the position of District Attorney in 1992. His first term in office was largely dominated by the O.J. Simpson trial.

Garcetti was re-elected in 1996 but lost another bid in 2000. He has published several books of his own photography and taught a seminar on law at Harvard University. His son Eric Garcetti was elected Mayor of Los Angeles in 2013.

Faye Resnick

Faye Resnick was a friend of Nicole Brown Simpson. The two socialized together around the Brentwood neighborhood in Los Angeles beginning in the early 1990s. She stayed in Nicole Brown Simpson’s condo just days prior to the murders but left to enter drug rehab three days before the killings.

After the events of the trial, Resnick collaborated with authors for two books on her experience during the Simpson case and murder trial. She has also appeared on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Keeping Up With the Kardasians.”

Al “A.C.” Cowlings

Al “A.C.” Cowlings was a professional football player and good friends with his former teammate O.J. Simpson. Cowlings was pulled into the murder investigation when he led police on a low-speed chase in his white Ford Bronco with Simpson as his passenger.

The chase ended at Simpson’s mansion, after which Cowlings was arrested. Gil Garcetti declined to prosecute Cowlings, however, and he distanced himself from the Simpson case thereafter.

Det. Mark Fuhrman

Mark Fuhrman was the LAPD homocide detective who investigated the deaths and discovered the bloody glove that would serve as a key piece of evidence in the case. His behavior during the case led to accusations of racism and planting evidence in addition to a perjury conviction.

Fuhrman went on to write the bestselling book “Murder in Brentwood” about the case, as well as a series of true crime novels. He also serves as a forensic expert for Fox News.

Judge Lance Ito

Lance Ito, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge who presided over the 1995 trial, made the controversial ruling allowing cameras in the courtroom, changing the way future criminal cases in the United States would be covered by the media.

After the conclusion of Simpson’s eight-month-long trial, Ito continued to serve as a judge in the Los Angeles judicial system, presiding over more than 500 cases before retiring in 2015.

Brian “Kato” Kaelin

Kato Kaelin was staying in Simpson’s guest house when the murders occurred, making him one of the prosecution’s key witnesses. Kaelin’s California-surfer persona made him one of the most famous faces from the trial.

Kaelin has since gone on to a few small TV guest spots, a string of reality show appearances and a sports talk show called “Sports Haters,” which streamed on FilmOn.

Denise Brown

Denise Brown testified extensively about the abuse that her sister, Nicole, suffered at the hands of O.J. Simpson. She also founded the Nicole Brown Charitable Foundation to support victims of domestic violence.

Brown continues to run the foundation and works as an advocate and public speaker.

A gator attacked and killed two year-old Lane Graves while he was wading in shallow water at the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon at Disney’s Grand Floridian resort on Tuesday night. Disney has been criticized since the attack for not having signage warning of alligators despite a well-known presence of the deadly animals.

Graves’ body was recovered intact by a dive team Wednesday near the location where the attack occurred. Nick Wiley, executive director of Florida Fish and Wildlife, said they would “make certain that we have the alligator that was involved and remove it from the lake.”

A legal expert told TheWrap that Disney could face a “multimillion dollar” lawsuit in the wake of this attack. Attorney Joseph Balice says that the family could sue for wrongful death and possibly negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Academy Award winning actress jumped to Maggie Gyllenhaal‘s defense at TheWrap’s Power Women’s Breakfast in 2015 and calling it “f—ing outrageous” that 37-year-old Gyllenhaal was recently told she was too old to play the lover of a 55-year-old man.

“Grindhouse” star Rose McGowan realized that being on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in 2007 represented everything that she had come to hate about her career and industry.

Meryl Streep said that she counted up all of the male and female film critics on the Rotten Tomatoes website, which she said is often used by people to determine which movies to see, noticed the lack of female critics.

And I thought that’s absolutely fantastic, and if there were 168 men it would be balanced,” Streep said in an interview with The Daily Beast. “If there were 268 men it would be unfair but I would be used to it, if there were 360, if there were 4 … actually there are 760 men who weigh in on the Tomatometer.”

Sandra Bullock does not like the way women are treated by the media, and said it is collectively “harming girls and women in a way, at a speed, that it’s scaring me.”

“I feel like it’s become open hunting season in how women are attacked and it’s not because of who we are as people, it’s because of how we look or our age,” she told E! News during a “Minions” press junket. “I’m shocked, and maybe I was just naïve, but I’m embarrassed by it. My son is getting ready to grow up in this world and I’m trying to raise a good man who values and appreciates women, and here we have this attack on women in the media that I don’t see a stop happening.”

Mila Kunis penned an open letter in A Plus detailing her experiences with sexism in the industry.

“You’ll never work in this town again.

A cliché to be sure, but also what a producer threatened when I refused to pose semi-naked on the cover of a men’s magazine to promote our film. I was no longer willing to subject myself to a naïve compromise that I had previously been willing to. “I will never work in this town again?” I was livid, I felt objectified, and for the first time in my career I said “no.” And guess what? “The Avengers” star has been the victim of hackers multiple times. Nude photos of the actress were released online in 2011 and again in the massive 2014 hack.

The perpetrator in the 2011 incident was eventually sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Lawrence was among the most high-profile victims of the 2014 hack. She came out strongly against those who viewed the pictures, saying doing so was “a sex crime.”

“The Big Bang Theory” star was also caught up in the 2014 hack, and took it in stride with a cheeky Instagram post.

Selena Gomez

The 2014 hack immediately drew the attention of the FBI, which began investigating the event that claimed over 100 victims, most of them celebrities.

Pennsylvania resident Ryan Collins was eventually captured and charged with illegally accessing the Google and Apple accounts of numerous celebrities, though their identities weren’t made public.

Collins eventually pleaded guilty to one count of unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information, receiving an 18-month prison sentence in the plea deal.

Rihanna

Collins was not the only one charged in the hack. Edward Majerczyk of Chicago was also arrested in connection with the data breach.

Majerczyk faced the same charge as Collins: one count of unauthorized access to a protected computer.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead

Majerczyk pleaded guilty to the charge in July 2016. The maximum sentence for the charge of unauthorized access to a protected computer is five years.

In January 2017, Majerczyk received a sentence of nine months in jail as part of a plea deal. Majerczyk also was ordered to pay $5,700 in restitution for counseling services for one unnamed celebrity because of the harm caused by the hack.

Lawyers for Amanda Seyfried are reportedly going after website Celeb Jihad, which posted nude photos of the actress in March 2017. The photos are reportedly part of a larger leak that has targeted a number of celebrity women.

Paige

WWE Divas star Paige stated on Twitter that “personal and private” photos of her had been stolen and leaked online in March 2017. The leak is possibly part of a reportedly larger hack affecting several celebrity women. Like other victims of the apparent larger leak, photos of Paige, whose real name is Saraya-Jade Bevis, appeared on the website Celebrity Jihad.

In this week’s episode of “The Walking Dead,” Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) hit the road in an attempt to fulfill the promise of guns they made to the mystery junkyard group.

“Richonne” fans got plenty of fodder this week, as we see the pair camping out, scavenging, fighting walkers, and — ahem — getting intimate more than once.

They eventually stumble across an old fair grounds that is filled with walkers, many of whom are undead soldiers who are still carrying assault weapons and side arms.

Back near Alexandria, Rosita (Christian Serratos) decides to take the hunt for guns into her own hands. At a house in the woods, she sees a pistol lying on the ground, but her path is blocked by a walker. After dispatching it with a machete, she finds the gun was just a toy.

While scoping out the fairgrounds from the roof of a nearby building, Rick and Michonne fall through the roof into a storeroom below. Inside, they find pallets of military rations and canned goods.

They spend the night in the storeroom, where Michonne tells Rick that he should take the lead after Negan is dethroned. Rick says he doesn’t want the job, but Michonne insists.

At Alexandria, Tara (Alanna Masterson) is watching Judith when she begins thinking about her time at the Oceanside community. She knows they possess the guns the group needs, but is not sure how to go about getting them without getting a lot of people killed.

Rick and Michonne plan the best way to enter the fairgrounds without being overwhelmed by walkers. Rick wants Michonne to take out the walkers in their immediate path while he pushes a nearby car into a gap in the fence to allow them to handle the rest at their own pace.

Michonne gets to work with her katana, but Rick’s plan hits a snag when he finds a walker stuck through the windshield of the car. He finally gets it out and starts pushing the car into position with Michonne’s help.

The only problem is the brakes on the car are shot and it rolls past where they want it to go, leaving them in the car and surrounded by walkers. They hop out through the sun roof and begin killing off the walkers.

They decide to split up to divide the walkers into smaller groups. Rick climbs up on a ferris wheel, but gets distracted by a deer nearby and falls to the ground. Michonne rushes over to help, seeing a group of walkers feasting on a body. She is so stunned she can’t move.

Suddenly, Rick emerges from behind some rubble and begins hacking his way through the remaining walkers. Michonne snaps out of her stupor and joins him. Once they are done, they collect the guns and hit the road.

Michonne is still in shock as they drive, so Rick stops and tells her he has been struggling with the loss of so many friends, specifically naming Glenn. He says that the fight ahead will most likely see more people die, maybe even both of them. But he assures her that even if he dies, she will be able to lead in his absence.

They deliver over sixty guns to Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh), who tells them this is not enough. After some back and forth, she and Rick agree to allow him to keep some of the guns so they can go out and find more.

Back at Alexandria, Tara runs into Rick and says she has something to tell him, most likely about her experience at Oceanside.

The episode ends with Rosita arriving at Hilltop, where she seeks out Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green). She and Sasha agree to team up in order to kill Negan, with Rosita having pilfered a rifle from the weapons Rick and Michonne found.

“The Los Angeles Police Department Robbery Homicide Division, Sexual Assault Section, is conducting an investigation involving the actor Danny Masterson,” the LAPD said in a statement to TheWrap. “Three women have come forward and disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by Masterson during the early 2000s.”

The three women claim they came into contact with Masterson through the Church of Scientology, and were pressured into keeping the allegations quiet by the Church, according to a report from Tony Ortega, a journalist who runs an anti-Scientology website called The Underground Bunker.

Masterson’s rep on Friday issued a statement naming one of the three women and claiming that she had a six-year relationship with Masterson. “Significantly, during their long relationship she made numerous inconsistent claims that she was previously raped by at least 3 other famous actors and musicians,” the statement said.

“When Danny ended the relationship she continued to pursue him, even making threats to beat up his current wife Bijou Phillips unless she left him,” the statement added, further claiming that the “only demand” the woman made of the Church of Scientology “was asking for their help to intervene so the breakup would not be permanent.” The Church of Scientology did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.

“We are aware also that approximately 14 years ago a woman referred to in the blog made allegations of sexual assault and that the LADP interviewed numerous witnesses and determined the claim had no merit,” the actor’s rep continued. “Based on reading the anti-Scientology blog that posted this story, these false allegations appear to be motivated to boost Leah Remini’s anti-Scientology television series.”

In his blog post, Ortega cited former Scientologist and actress Remini, who recently put out the A&E docuseries “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath,” as saying that the alleged victims came to her and she encouraged them to file a police report, but they became frustrated with lack of action by the police.

“I met with the LAPD. I met with Detective Reyes, and I told her these victims deserve to be heard,” Remini said. “I pointed out to her that there was a framed picture of a Scientologist on their wall, actor Michael Peña. Do you know what that says to a young Scientologist who comes here to seek justice? My experience with the LAPD has not been good. I asked her to do the right thing by these girls, and I told her that the world is watching.”

“Even if asked [to do it again] I would decline,” Schwarzenegger said in an interview with Empire Friday. “I learned a lot, I had a great time, it was a really great opportunity. But under the circumstances I don’t want to do it again.”

“With Trump being involved in the show people have a bad taste and don’t want to participate as a spectator or as a sponsor or in any other way support the show,” he continued. “It’s a very divisive period now and I think this show got caught up in all that division.”

NBC declined TheWrap’s request for comment.

Schwarzenegger also confirmed, as TheWrap reported exclusively on Thursday, that half the show’s sponsors from last season have pulled their ads after boycott threats.

A campaign called #GrabYourWallet, which called on sponsors to abandon the show because of President Trump’s involvement with it, said six of the show’s 12 corporate backers from last season have agreed not to return. None of the companies explicitly cited Trump as their reason, but campaign organizer Shannon Coulter says the gold-plated writing is on the wall.

“I think it’s pretty clear at this point that the Trump brand name is toxic,” she told TheWrap.

On top of that, the show proved to be a dog with fleas in the ratings despite having Schwarzenegger as host. The first episode on Jan. 2 drew an anemic 1.3 rating and just under 5 million viewers. Things were pretty much downhill after that, with the season finale on Feb. 13 drawing just a 0.9 rating and 3.5 million viewers.

In fact, the only real buzz around the show came when Trump himself began tweeting about the poor ratings, prompting Schwarzenegger to respond.

Originally hailing from Australia, Jefferies will move behind the desk to take on culture and politics in what’s to be a weekly show. Fresh off a series of blockbuster comedy specials, Jefferies will travel around the globe to tackle the week’s top stories and most controversial issues. The first 10-episode season is scheduled to debut this summer.

“I’d like to thank Comedy Central for this incredible opportunity,” said Jefferies. “It’s always been a dream of mine to do a show in this arena and I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve got planned.”

A comedian, actor and writer, Jefferies has established himself with a controversial stand-up style. He recently wrapped an international stand-up tour, “The Unusual Punishment Tour,” to rave reviews, which came on the heels of his second Netflix special “Freedumb” last summer.

He burst onto the U.S. comedy scene in 2009 with his HBO special “I Swear to God,” the first of seven specials, including his debut Netflix special, “Jim Jefferies: BARE,” which garnered attention for a set focused on guns and gun control in the United States.

The “Alien: Covenant” red band trailer gives fans an extra look at the blood you would expect in a movie about aliens that burst out of people’s bodies — along with some R-rated language.

The film follows the crew of The Covenant, a long-range space craft that is being used for the first large scale colonization mission in Earth’s history.

The crew arrives on an alien planet, only to discover that they are not the first humans to have set foot here. The end of the trailer also gives us a look at the terrifying Xenomorph we know and love.

Michael Fassbender, who starred as the android David in “Prometheus,” will reprise the role in this new film. He will also play Walter, the android that assists the human crew members aboard the Covenant.

The sci-fi thriller also stars Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England and Benjamin Rigby.

“Beauty and the Beast” star Emma Watson joined Ellen DeGeneres for a prank that saw DeGeneres feeding Watson lines through an earpiece to an unsuspecting nanny.

The set up was that Watson was looking to interview a nanny. But considering the fact that Watson has no children, the nanny would be taking care of her instead.

As you can probably guess, things only got weirder from there.

The nanny does her best to make sense of what is going on, without much luck. At one point, DeGeneres has Watson go from laughing maniacally to inexplicably crying.

In the end, DeGeneres and Watson fess up to the prank and the nanny takes it in stride, locking Watson up in a big hug.

In the film, Logan’s healing ability is not what it used to be, living just south of the Mexican border with an infirmed Charles Xavier (Sir Patrick Stewart). But his quiet exile is thrown into chaos when he must take care of a young mutant named Laura (Dafne Keen), who possesses powers shockingly similar to his own.

Fans who saw the film on its opening day are loving it, with one writing “You must see it!” Another called the film “brutal, heartbreaking , beautiful and awesome.”

Patrick Stewart could soon be officially celebrating a Fourth of July party near you.

The “Logan” star and iconic British actor (he is a legit knight after all) stopped by “The View” on Thursday morning and told the hosts that he is finally applying for U.S. citizenship at age 76. And we have President Donald Trump to thank.

“I’m not a citizen, however, there is — maybe it’s the only good result of this election — I am now applying for citizenship because I want to be an American, too,” Stewart said. “Because all of my friends in Washington said there is one thing you can do: Fight, fight. Oppose, oppose. But I can’t do it [yet] because I’m not a citizen.”

Stewart has been working in American film and television for decades now, but said that the recent decision to become a citizen came after a restless night in Washington D.C.

“My wife and I, Sunny, we had gone to Washington to see good friends of ours,” he said. “Three different friends who are kind of Washington insiders, because we wanted to ask them, what do we do? What do we do? So we had three separate dinners with our friends.”

About that however, Patrick says he wasn’t exactly slinging disses at the president. “And the first night that we were in Washington, I had the worst night’s sleep for years and years and years,” he continued. 

That dinner appears to have happened February 16 – as Sir Patrick tweeted a joke at Trump’s expense the next day.

However, he wasn’t slinging disses at the President per se. “It was only in the morning when I got up and drew the curtains and I realized what it might be. So it was a fairly innocent tweet. I did not directly insult your president.”

“Not mine,” said “The View” co-host and Stewart’s “Star Trek: The Next Generation” co-star, Whoopie Goldberg.

“Well, he’s not mine either,” noted Stewart.

“The Arrangement” star Josh Henderson wants viewers to know that there will be a “normal love story” at the center of the upcoming series about a Hollywood marriage contract.

“This is really about a love story, at the core,” Henderson told TheWrap’s Stuart Brazell. “That’s what I think is going to be fun about this. We’re seeing the Hollywood glitz and glam. We’re seeing this life that is pretty much unobtainable to most people. But we’re seeing a very normal love story kind of happen, with this really weird thing — the contract.”

The series follows up-and-coming starlet Megan Morrison (Christine Evangelista), who impresses the world’s biggest movie star Kyle West (Henderson) so much in their audition together that he whisks her off to an amazing first date on his private jet. She’s soon presented with a marriage contract for $10 million.

Henderson’s character is also a member of a mysterious self-help group — a trait that should get viewers comparing him to Hollywood A-lister and prominent Scientologist Tom Cruise — even if the depiction is very loosely based on the real-life star.

With a set up like that, what can fans expect from the first season?

“Fans can expect a lot,” Henderson said. “We’re going to keep them guessing… Everyone has a past. These characters, they all have a pointed past. They all have secrets and these secrets will unfold throughout the season.”

“The Arrangement” premieres on E! this Sunday at 10 p.m./9c.

The series, set in the not-too-distant future, is a half hour series about a little known life insurance company that sends its agents forward 33 days in time to prevent the accidental deaths of its clients.

The company’s best agent, Conner Hooks (Gilford), has never missed a save – until he takes on the most personal case of his life. When sixteen-year-old Norah (Park) is orphaned on his watch, Conner pledges to protect her, even if that means putting his career at Lifeline – or his own life – in jeopardy.

Also joining the cast are Eden Estrella as Young Norah, Usman Ally as Nathan, and Lilan Bowden as Jasmine.

Lifeline was written by Ben Freiburger and Grant Wheeler. Executive Producers are Johnson, Dany Garcia, Brian Gewirtz and Hiram Garcia for Seven Bucks Productions and Dan Weinstein, Gary Binkow, Keith Samples and Amee Dolleman for Studio71.

The 8-episode action series will be directed by Corridor Digital’s Sam Gorski and Niko Pueringer. The series will debut on YouTube Red in 2017.

Johnson has been making a serious push into expanding his profile beyond acting in recent years. In addition to returning to his wrestling roots as The Rock at Wrestlemania, he recently launched Project Rock, a new lifestyle brand. Among the products he has already debuted are Project Rock bags, produced in collaboration with Under Armour.

'Moonlight' Star Naomie Harris to Join Dwayne Johnson's 'Rampage' for New Line

The pilot is a female-centric adaptation of the 1991 comedy film “What About Bob?” Remini will play psychotherapist Suzanne, the role originally played in the film by Richard Dreyfuss. Gunning will play Barb, an overbearing patient who refuses to leave Suzanne and her family alone. Bill Murray played the role in the film.

The single camera comedy will be executive produced and written by Joe Port and Joe Wiseman. ABC Studios is producing.

Wiseman and Port are frequent collaborators, having served as consulting producers on recent comedies such as “The Odd Couple,” “Last Man Standing,” and a co-executive producers on “New Girl.”

Remini is best known for her role in the Kevin James CBS sitcom “King of Queens.” In recent years, she has become a vocal critic of the Church of Scientology, even producing and starring in an A&E docuseries about the church.

Gunning is a British actress who has appeared in numerous television roles, including “Law & Order: UK,” “Fortitude,” and “White Heat.”

Remini is represented by APA, Art2Perform, and Hirsch Wallerstein Hayum Matlof & Fishman. Gunning is represented by Markham, Frogatt & Irwin.

Other NBC comedy pilot orders include an untitled Kourtney Kang project, based on Kang’s own life growing up in a mixed race family in a suburb of Philadelphia. Seth Meyers and Lorne Michaels will also produce a pilot about an Ivy League professor who is forced to take a job as a high school biology teacher.

Netflix tweeted early in the day that two of Chappelle’s three planned specials will debut on the streaming service on March 21.

Netflix announced back in November that Chappelle would release three specials in a deal reportedly valued at $60 million. Technically, only one is original, however.

The other two have never been seen before and come from the comedian’s personal vault. Those were filmed at Austin City Limits and The Hollywood Palladium, respectively, and mark Chappelle’s first concert specials in more than 12 years.

The recent first-time “SNL” host will produce the specials alongside director Stan Lathan. His previous comedy specials include “Killin’ Them Softly” and “For What It’s Worth.”

Chappelle is one of the most celebrated stand up comedians of all time, regularly skewering pop culture and race relations in America. He parlayed that success into several acting roles, including starring in and writing the stoner comedy “Half Baked” and the Mel Brooks film “Robin Hood: Men in Tights.”

Most famously, Chappelle co-created the Comedy Central sketch comedy series “Chappelle’s Show.” The show earned rave reviews, but Chappelle left in the middle of production on Season 3 due to creative differences over the direction the show was taking.

The CBS series would follow Sheldon during his formative years as a socially awkward genius in Texas, which has been a source of a lot of comedic fodder already on “Big Bang.” In addition, Zoe Perry is in talks to play Sheldon’s mother Mary. Perry’s mother, Laurie Metcalfe, played the role in the original series and was nominated for an Emmy for her performance.

It is important to note, however, that CBS has yet to give the series — tentatively titled “Sheldon” — an official pilot order at this point.

Armitage currently appears as Shailene Woodley’s son in the HBO series “Big Little Lies,” and has previously appeared on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and the NBC comeptition series “Little Big Shots.” He is represented by Abrams Artist Agency and Ryan LeVine from Jackoway.

CBS and Warner Bros. Television declined TheWrap’s request for comment.

Jim Parsons, who plays the idiosyncratic genius on the megahit CBS sitcom and won three Emmys while doing so, would executive produce along with original series executive producers Chuck Lorre and Steve Molaro, with Molaro writing the script.

“Big Bang Theory” is executive produced by Lorre, Molaro, and Bill Prady. It is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

This is the latest project a “Big Bang” star has set up at CBS. Previously, the network ordered the pilot “Living Biblically” with Johnny Galecki executive producing.

The first trailer for the reboot of “DuckTales” is going to give you a shot right in the nostalgia.

All your favorites are back: Huey, Dewey, Louie, Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad, Webby Vanderquack and Mrs. Beakley.

Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan will play the young duck triplets respectively, while “Dr. Who” and “Jessica Jones” alum David Tennant will play their rich uncle.

Other classic series characters slated to be in the new stories are Duckworth, Gyro Gearloose, Flintheart Glomgold, Magica DeSpell & Poe, and Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys.

The original Emmy-winning series led the daily syndicated cartoon block “The Disney Afternoon” with 100 episodes produced by Disney Television Animation from 1987-90. An animated theatrical film, “DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp” premiered in 1990.

A second season of “DuckTales” on Disney XD has already been ordered.

Nicholas Hoult is a soldier in search of a righteous war in the first trailer for the Netflix film “Sand Castle.”

The film is based on a true story and centers on Matt Ocre (Hoult), who is part of a mission to repair a broken water system in the dangerous and unstable Iraqi village of Baqubah.

While the people of Baghdad welcome the Americans as saviors, the villagers resist their presence and Matt and his unit must try to convince the community that they are part of the solution, not the problem, in order to save the town and get out alive.

The film also stars Henry Cavill, Glen Powell, Logan Marshall-Green, Beau Knapp, Neil Brown Jr., Parker Sawyers, Sam Spruell, Sammy Sheik and Tommy Flanagan. Fernando Coimbra directed from a screenplay by Chris Roessner. Mark Gordon, Justin Nappi and Ben Pugh are producing.

“Sand Castle” will debut on Netflix April 21.

The accounting firm has hired protection for Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz and their families, per TMZ. The move comes in response to targeted harassment online, with one person reportedly writing “You f—ing idiot, i will f— you every day.” Another said: “I hope you get fired and get cancer.”

At Sunday’s Academy Awards ceremony, Cullinan and Ruiz had a complete set of envelopes, and each was supposed to have memorized the winners in each category.

Leonardo DiCaprio, who presented the Best Actress award, entered from stage left and received the envelope from Ruiz; when it came time to present Best Picture, Warren Beatty received an envelope from Cullinan — but the PwC partner mistakenly gave him the spare Best Actress envelope that bore the name of Emma Stone and “La La Land,” rather than the Best Picture envelope that bore the name “Moonlight.”

And the rest, as they say, is history. Beatty and his “Bonnie and Clyde” co-star Faye Dunaway read out “La La Land” instead of “Moonlight,” forcing the musical’s producer to grab the mic and announce that the latter film had in fact won the Oscar.

As TheWrap previously reported, Cullinan and Ruiz will not lose their jobs over the incident, but they have been removed from the Oscars account and will not be a part of future ceremonies.

In the first full trailer for “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” we get our first look at a young Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp).

In the film, Sparrow is being hunted by the ghostly Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), who wants revenge on Sparrow and all pirates for his death and the destruction of his ship. Jack’s only hope is to locate the legendary Trident of Poseidon, which grants whoever wields it control over the seas.

The film will also see Orlando Bloom return to the franchise as Will Turner, with Geoffrey Rush also reprising his role as Captain Barbossa. The film will also star Kaya Scodelario and Brenton Thwaites.

Under the pact, Appleby will work with A+E to develop, create and produce original programming for the A+E portfolio of networks, as well as outside buyers, under her Appletree Pictures banner.

In addition, Appleby will serve as a brand ambassador for A+E Studios and Lifetime, where she will represent the brands at various prominent events throughout the year.

“I’m so grateful to A+E Studios for this incredible opportunity and can’t wait to get to work!” said Appleby in a statement.

She currently stars in “UnREAL”on Lifetime playing Rachel Goldberg, a producer working behind the scenes of a dating competition show. Appleby took on the role of director in the sixth episode of the second season.

As a young actress, Appleby appeared on such notable hits as “Who’s the Boss,” “Doogie Howser MD” and Lawrence Kasden’s “I Love You To Death.” At 19, she had her breakout performance on the series “Roswell,” playing the leading role of Liz Parker. Cabral will play Johnny “El Coco” Cruz, a full patch member of Mayans MC, Santo Padre. He is a former Army sharpshooter who was kicked out of the military after shooting a cigar out of his commanding officer’s mouth from a half mile away.

Best known for his Emmy-nominated role on “American Crime,” Cabral turned away from a life of crime and started acting. He first landed a role in the police drama “Southland,” following that up with roles in the film “End of Watch” and “Snitch.” In addition to “American Crime,” he currently has a recurring role on Fox’s “Lethal Weapon.”

Cabral is represented by APA and Primary Wave Entertainment.

He joins a cast that currently includes JD Pardo, Edward James Olmos, John Ortiz, Antonio Jaramillo and Clayton Cardenas.

“Mayans MC” is set in a post-Jax Teller “Sons of Anarchy” world, where E.Z. Reyes (Pardo), a prospect in the Mayan MC charter on the Cali/Mexico border, struggles with his desire for vengeance against the cartel, and his need for respect from the woman he loves.

FX has ordered a pilot for the series, based on the network’s hit Charlie Hunnam-led motorcycle gang drama series. Sutter, who created the original show, co-wrote the pilot for the spinoff with Elgin James, and will also direct it.

Sutter has a long history with FX. He wrote for and eventually executive produced the gritty Michael Chiklis-led police drama “The Shield,” which ran for seven seasons before going on to create “Sons of Anarchy,” the wildly popular outlaw biker drama that also lasted seven seasons. It was the highest-rated drama series in FX Networks’ history when it went off the air in December 2014.

Netflix announced the premiere date for the new Alison Brie wrestling comedy series “GLOW” on Wednesday.

The series, which will launch on June 23, Brie plays Ruth, a struggling actress who becomes a TV wrestler in a last-ditch effort to keep her star burning. Marc Maron will also star as Sam Sylvia, a has-been director who now finds himself in charge of an all-female wrestling league.

The show was co-created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch will act as showrunners. “Orange Is the New Black” creator Jenji Kohan and Tara Herrmann will executive produce.

This is one of the wrestling projects currently in the works on television. Previously, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced he will produce a comedy series for Fox about a wrestling writer who strikes up an unlikely friendship with a top star.

“The problem he has, as far as I can see, is that he’s a pathological liar,” Reiner told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews in a special edition of “Hardball.” “There’s nothing he says that you can believe. The guy never says anything that’s’ truthful… There is no way to believe what he says.”

Reiner, who has been a vocal objector to the president on his Twitter feed, went on to chide Trump for not understanding how government and public policy works. “He has no understanding of the world and the interconnected-ness of everything,” he said. “So, this is like we’re living in a dream world where if us out here in Hollywood would ever try to create a satire of a president, if we did this you’d go, ‘Oh that’s ridiculous, nobody would create a president like this!'”

Matthews then joked that perhaps someone opened the wrong envelope when Trump was elected, referencing the Best Picture snafu at the Oscars. “Yes, Emma Stone would have been better,” Reiner quipped.

During his speech, Trump announced a new agency, “Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement,” (VOICE) that will address crimes committed by illegal immigrants. He made murderers the face of illegal immigration by welcoming and highlighting guests whose relatives were killed by illegal immigrants.

Democrats invited immigrants who have made contributions to America, but Trump focused on the worst possible representatives of immigration.

“I want you to know: We will never stop fighting for justice,” Trump said directly to his guests. “Your loved ones will never be forgotten, we will always honor their memory.”

Alicia Keys delivered a spot-on Adele impression during a game of Wheel of Musical Impressions on Tuesday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Tasked with singing the alphabet song in the style of the British songstress, Keys belted it out to the back row by combining the children’s tune with Adele’s hit single “Hello.”

During the game, Keys also turned in great impressions of other artists like No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani and the late great Janis Joplin.

Kerrigan is an internationally recognized figure skater who has medaled in countless national and world skating competitions. She was infamously the victim of an assault orchestrated by fellow skater Tonya Harding shortly before the 1994 Winter Olympics.

Viall was previously a contestant on “The Bachelor,” in which he got rejected by Bachelorette Andi Dorfman just as he was preparing to pick out a ring for her.

Kordei is one-fourth of one of the most popular girl groups in the world, Fifth Harmony. In 2015 Fifth Harmony released their debut album, “Reflection,” which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 and has since been certified gold. “Reflection” includes two platinum records, “BO$$” and “Sledgehammer,” in addition to the quadruple-platinum success of the single “Worth It.”

Jennings was ranked one of the number one NFL safeties in 2015. In a breakout season in 2015, he started every game and set career highs in carries, rushing yards, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns. He was drafted in 2009 in the seventh round by the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he spent four seasons, was signed by the Oakland Radars in 2013 for one season, and signed a four-year contract with the New York Giants in 2014.

Biles, at just 19, is already recognized as one of the most successful gymnasts of all time. Her career highlights include being an Olympic Gold medalist in vault, floor, Individual and Team All-Around, and a Bronze medalist on Beam at the 2016 Rio Olympics. She won the All-Around by a 2.1 margin of victory, larger than the margins of victory from 1980-2012 combined.

“Underground” star Aisha Hinds didn’t feel out of sorts at all despite coming into the show for its second season.

“Joining the show in its second season, I felt like I was coming into this huge family reunion and the fans were a huge part of that,” Hinds told TheWrap’s Stuart Brazell.

Hinds is set to play legendary Underground Railroad conductor Harriet Tubman in a recurring guest star role — Tubman’s first appearance came in the show’s Season 1 finale, albeit played by a different actress.

Born a slave in 1822, Tubman escaped into the North in 1849. She conducted 13 daring missions back into the south, ultimately freeing 70 slaves and leading them to freedom first in Northern states, then Canada after the passage of the Fugitive Slave Act. She would later serve as a spy and scout for Union forces in the American Civil War.

Hinds studied up on Tubman rigorously for the role, and learned some surprising facts, like the fact that Tubman suffered from narcolepsy.

“I had no idea,” she said. “I never would have thought she would be able to do the things that she did knowing that at any moment and every moment she fell asleep without any warning and would wake back up–mid-sentence she would fall asleep, wake back up and be right back into the conversation as if nothing.”

“Underground” Season 2 will premiere on March 8 on WGN America.

With the tagline “One Bad Hombre,” Lopez is clearly referencing the phrase so famously used by Donald Trump on the presidential campaign trail… and turning it on its head.

Season 2 finds George frustrated with the tediousness of having to do the same show every night in Vegas.

Along with his manager Olly (Hayley Huntley) and his opening act Maronzio (Maronzio Vance), George tries to move on to bigger and better things that will make him relevant again. This season will also see George exchange one-off dates for a steadier romantic relationship, and Manolo (Anthony “Citric” Campos) will go back to school to earn his degree.

“East Los High” alum Ray Diaz will join Season 2 as Hector, a friend from Manolo’s past, who becomes like a son to George and a little brother to Manolo and Maronzio.

“Lopez” is executive produced and written by Lopez, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky. Michael Rotenberg of 3 Arts Entertainment also serves as executive producer.

“Lopez” Season 2 will premiere on TV Land March 29.

Hasil Farrell has got some fast hands in this week’s episode of “Outsiders.”

In an exclusive clip obtained by TheWrap, Hasil (Kyle Gallner) decides to enter an illegal underground fight ring in order to earn money to support himself, Sally Ann (Christina Jackson) and their unborn child.

Also in this week’s episode, Moregon (Louise Barnes) holds G’Win (Gillian Alexy) captive and insists she murders the strongest among them in order to save the mountain. In prison, the Aryans continue to bait Lil Foster (Ryan Hurst), who finally has enough.

The series was created and written by award-winning playwright Peter Mattei, who executive produces alongside Fedora Entertainment’s Emmy Award-winner Peter Tolan and Michael Wimer. A new episode of “Outsiders” will air Tuesday at 9 p.m./8c on WGN America.
