Matt Damon, Robert Pattinson and Jennifer Lopez will serve as presenters at the 68th Golden Globes, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The HFPA revealed the names one-by-one the Globes' official Twitter account, which had been teasing the announcement for some time.
Damon costars in "True Grit," the Coen Brothers film that was the most shocking omission from this year's Globe nominations. The latest films by Lopez and Pattinson, "The Back-Up Plan" and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," respectively, are not awards contenders.
Typically, the Globes use more than three dozen presenters, who range from nominees to actors with upcoming projects to promote. Last year, for instance, Cher and Christina Aguilera served as presenters; this year, their film "Burlesque" prompted a few raised eyebrows with its three nominations.
The Golden Globes ceremony will take place on Sunday, January 16 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, with Ricky Gervais returning to host for the second consecutive year.
