ABC’s “The Bachelor” has done it again — two contestants from the previous season have returned to fend for Ben Higgins’ heart.
Becca Tilley and Amber James, who appeared on Chris Soules’ season of the show, stepped out of the limo in an ABC exclusive sneak peek. While host Chris Harrison wasn’t surprised, he hinted that someone will be.
“Obviously I’ve been expecting you,” he told the two women. “Ben has not.”
“I don’t know if I’ve ever been this nervous in my entire life,” Tilley tells Harrison. Tilley was the runner-up in Soules’ season before the farmer chose Whitney Bischoff.
The other women who have come to fight for Higgins’ love didn’t seem too pleased to see the two “Bachelor” alums. Higgins told E! Online that he was “shocked” to learn of their return, but that he didn’t have any “preconceived notions” as he didn’t watch that particular season.
Season 20 of “The Bachelor” returns Monday, Jan. 4 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
