Bill Cosby Forced Oral Sex at ‘Tonight Show’ Appearance, According to Latest NSFW Lawsuit

Expanded defamation complaint yields more shocking claims against scandal-plagued comedian

Four more accusers joined an ongoing defamation lawsuit against Bill Cosby on Friday, detailing more graphic allegations against the scandal-plagued comedian.

In the amended complaint, filed in federal court in Massachusetts, actress Louisa Moritz — whose credits include “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” and the Cheech and Chong film “Up in Smoke” — claims that she was in a backstage waiting room prior to appearing on “The Tonight Show” when Cosby showed up at the door.

Cosby “implied that Plaintiff Moritz would become a major star through his direction,” after which he exposed himself, placed his hands behind her head, and “forced his penis into Plaintiff Moritz’s mouth over her resistance,” the lawsuit claims.

“Defendant Cosby said to Plaintiff Moritz, ‘Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways,’” the lawsuit reads. “Defendant Cosby added, ‘I am going to make you something incredible.’”

The lawsuit claims that Moritz’s “honesty and credibility” were “attacked” in November 2014 when Cosby both directly and through his former attorney, Marty Singer, issued a statement regarding accusations made against Cosby by Moritz and others. According to the lawsuit, the statement read, “[w]e’ve reached a point of absurdity. The stories are getting more ridiculous … I think people are tring to come up with these wild stories in order to justify why they have waited 40 to 50 years to disclose these ridiculous accusations.”

In addition to Moritz, three other women joined he preexisting defamation lawsuit against Cosby on Friday: Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie.

The suit was initially filed by Cosby accusers Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz.

In the past year, Cosby has been accused of rape or sexual assault by dozens of women, many of whom claim that the former “Cosby Show” star drugged them beforehand.

While Cosby has not been charged with a crime as a result of any of the allegations, he has been hit with multiple lawsuits, including by former model Janice Dickinson, who also claims that she was defamed after accusing Cosby.
