Bill O’Reilly Tells GOP Candidates ‘Stop Whining,’ Lists His Demands for Next Debate on ‘Tonight Show’ (Video)

“Wrap it up,” O’Reilly demands. “They give you a time limit for a reason. You’re answering a question, not accepting an Oscar”

Bill O’Reilly has only two words of advice for the GOP presidential candidates: Stop whining!

The Fox News host appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday night to address the joint letter recently issued by GOP candidates demanding changes to debate rules, advising the contenders that they should voice their opinions.

“These guys gotta stop whining,” he said. “If you think you are being treated unfairly, you have a microphone, let ’em have it. That’s why  [Donald] Trump is ahead in the polls; because he says what he wants to say, and he takes on all comers, and the folks want to see what you’re made out of.”

O’Reilly also listed several demands for the next Republican debate, which will take place on Nov. 10.

“We gotta wise these people up,” he said. “Stop complaining. Come on. You guys are starting to sound like a bunch of democrats out there.”

His second demand for the GOP candidates was to “answer the question. It’s not that hard.”

Thirdly, he asked for them to “Wrap it up. Keep it pithy! They give you a time limit for a reason. You’re answering a question, not accepting an Oscar.”

And finally, O’Reilly echoed everyone’s own thoughts.

“Trump, you gotta take it down, man,” he said. “If anybody gets to yell that loud on Fox News, it should be me.”
