The “Billboard Music Awards” will make its NBC debut on May 20, 2018, the new host-network and show producers announced on Tuesday.

NBC acquired the rights to the BBMAs — which had been airing on ABC for the past seven years — in November. The broadcaster scored the special via a new multi-year deal with Dick Clark Productions.

The Billboard Music Awards aired on Fox from 1990-2006.

Allen Shapiro, Mike Mahan, Mark Bracco, Barry Adelman and Robert Deaton are executive producers for the “Billboard Music Awards.”

The 2018 BBMAs will air live coast-to-coast on Sunday, May 20 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
