Bokeem Woodbine to Lead CBS Drama Pilot ‘Main Justice’

Series is inspired by life of former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder

“Fargo” star Bokeem Woodbine has been cast to play the lead role in the pilot for CBS drama “Main Justice.”

Woodbine will play the role of Miles Blair, the new U.S. attorney general after a career in Detroit as a beat cop and then police commissioner. The series is inspired by former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s life.

In addition to “Fargo,” Woodbine’s recent credits include “Spiderman: Homecoming,” “Underground,” “Snowfall,” “Southland,” and USA’s upcoming  “Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.”

Woodbine is represented by Gersh and Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer Austen Mandelbaum Morris & Klein.

“Main Justice” is written and executive produced by Sascha Penn. Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, KristieAnne Reed, and Holder also executive produce.
