The Caitlyn Jenner goodwill tour rages on, this time seeing the former Olympian play emcee for another LGBT icon — Boy George.
Jenner showed to Los Angeles’ Greek Theater on Friday night to introduce George’s band Culture Club, where she received a standing ovation from the crowd before the group took the stage.
“Caitlyn Jenner in the house for her first Boy George concert!” she said. “This is going to be a good group. Thank you so much. Enough about me. Thank you for being here tonight.”
The “Karma Chameleon” singer wasn’t displeased about sharing his spotlight.
“I expected a standing ovation for her and I wasn’t disappointed,” he said. “We need to celebrate the kinds of changes that are happening.”
Jenner danced in the amphitheater with pals like Candis Cayne, a transgender TV actress and club performer who has been a fixture at events and social gatherings since Jenner’s Vanity Fair cover trumpeted her new look.
Jenner’s series documenting her transition, “I Am Cait,” premieres on Sunday at 8 p.m. on E!

Caitlyn Jenner is looking confident as ever. In a photo shoot for her E! docu-series "I Am Cait," the former Olympian donned a floor-length black gown with lace details.
The 65-year-old paired the look with a messy up-do, pink nails and and subtle jewelry.
Jenner came out as transgender in an interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer in April. In June, her Vanity Fair cover shoot became an Internet sensation. Since then, she has become an ongoing, trending topic and a fresh face for the transgender movement.
Promotional clips from the series show Jenner speaking to groups of teenagers and empowering them to struggle past their own situations.
"I Am Cait" will also focus on her relationship with the Kardashian-Jenner family. Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and a host of Jenner's other family members will be featured on the show.
She is slated to receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award as the ESPY Awards on July 15. From this photo shoot, expect Jenner to make a statement at the red carpet.
The docu-series premieres Sunday, July 26 at 8 p.m. EST.
